Hannahstown and Castlereagh 275kV Substations - Addition of 275/110kV Interbus Transformers. NIE had identified the requirement at Hannahstown and Castlereagh the requirement for additional interbus transformers to meet the increase in system capacity. Our scope was the development anddesign of single line diagrams, input-output schedules, supporting design intent documentation, proposals for relay room layouts and panel arrangements. The review of substation operational requirements was reviewed with reports provided and technical supporting specifications to allow NIE to procure the required equipments from their framework suppliers. At Hannahstown secondary engineering and interface designs were undertaken. Also verification of suppliers drawings, this includes the secondary designs of switchgear, transformer and protection drawings to ensure correct alignment with NIE specifications, site arrangements and interfaces.
